Your HootBooth order may have come with a Printer Rescue Kit. You can also use similar tools to clear a printer jam and/or remove printer trimmings.
The two most common reasons a printer my fail are either a paper jam caused by loose trim pieces, or a torn ribbon. In general these can almost always be resolved on-site. The forceps and adhesive craft sticks are used for getting to and removing trim pieces from the cutting mechanism. The tape is used for repairing torn ribbon.
