# Getting started with Curator setup guide

## follow these steps to successfully setup your HootBooth Illumin8 with Curator Software:

Setting up Curator is a two-part process. 

- Events are created on [www.curatorlive.com](http://www.curatorlive.com/)
- Events are loaded via the PixBooth2 app on your iPad.

 

**1) On a PC/Mac:**

Create your Account using provided promo code
